The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should also possess experience in A/B testing methodologies and be familiar with tools like Optimizely, VWO, and Maxymiser. As a UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences and optimizing our digital platforms through continuous testing and refinement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and practical experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests. Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Maxymiser. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues effectively. Experience working in an agile development environment and using version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate closely with design teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with front-end build tools and preprocessors (e.g., Webpack, SASS/LESS). Understanding of SEO principles and optimization techniques. Knowledge of performance optimization and web accessibility standards. Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
