Design optimal cloud-hybrid Big Data/ Data Warehouse, data pipelines & orchestration architectures to migrate existing solutions from on premise to Cloud and skills in building data solutions with an emphasis on AWS Cloud. Design and Implement Database Migration for Database from On Premise to AWS as IaaS and RDS. Design Database Migration approach, patterns for Oracle / SQL Server to Open-source DB on AWS. Design and develop new data platforms, develop pipelines, ETL and analytical processes to support customer Solutions on AWS Cloud. Ability to understand and assess new technologies understanding their applicability to business. As an enterprise architect, should be able to work and guide teams across the board: App Dev, Database, Dev/Ops, QA Expected to deep dive into applications currently deployed in Premises DC, come up with target state architecture when moved to cloud, migration approach, call out challenges. Should be able to work with various stakeholders to get necessary details to design the target state architecture and present/socialize the proposed architecture and migration approach with EA, App team, Security team, etc. Should be able assess/ evaluate new tools needed for the project. Experience doing migrations. Could be legacy to current technology stack or from Premises Data Center to cloud. Experience reviewing current state of Cloud Landing zone and provide solutions for target project.
