Manage technical groups within ITWorks client sites, while ensuring business standards and service levels are met. Drive the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of applications across clients that incorporate the site s mission and vision Drive the completion of annual financial planning, and technology and security infrastructure assessments for the client Contribute to and support the development of process improvements and evolution of the overall Cerner technology vision and strategy Manage the delivery of services and technology to clients and ensure that the client and business standards are achieved Provide oversight of the implementation of operating procedures and direct the study, design and implementation of new systems and equipment Ensure infrastructure architecture meets standards, maximizes efficiency, and supports platform compatibility Identify and ensure mitigation of cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management Direct ownership and accountability in delivering organizational objectives that cascade from corporate and client imperatives Lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and organization Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department, and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress Identify, propose, and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; lead or influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization Thanks & Regards Sonali Kumari Technical Recruiter KPG99, INC Keywords: Pennsylvania |
