Role: Scrum Master Duration: 12 Months Work location: Atlanta, GA (On-site) Job description: Local Only to Atlanta. Product Owner, Technical Analyst, Scrum master with 10+ years of experience as a Certified/Professional Scrum Master with expert knowledge in Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, XP tools, etc. Experienced with promoting the values of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective o Manage various projects scope and timeline for the respective agile team. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration o Work with product owners and program managers to handle backlogs and new requests Help teams implement changes effectively - Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. May play a hybrid role of a Project Manager & Scrum Master. Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements for the project. Able to create technical documentation to specify use case, technical, architecture and dataflow diagrams. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Scrum Master with TA background.
