Description: Senior Network Engineer to help them redesign and update their current network infrastructure. You will get to architect, implement, monitor, and maintain all company network and network equipment. The ideal candidate has a Cisco-heavyackground and has worked with WAN, MPLS and VPN, F5, and ACI. Responsibilities: Provide top-level support and ownership of network computing infrastructure technologies in a large-scale environment (Cisco/Cisco Meraki). Optimize stability, availability, reliability and performance of networking infrastructure. Lead or assist in resolving escalated incidents and participate in problem management activities. Monitor and control infrastructure processes and implement security measures to provide stable and secure systems platforms. Conduct or assist the implementation of new or additional infrastructure technology to augment and improve infrastructure service. Conduct and make recommendations on LAN & WAN resource, performance and capacity planning. Maintain awareness of industry trends and their advantages so as to recommend technological improvements for the Firm. Cross-train other IT staff in the use or maintenance of network technologies. Configure and manage all NOC tools and software Configure systems integration through database, API or scripting Recommend tools, software, systems or enhancements to deliver a feature rich NOC Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency Monitor and test network performance for potential bottlenecks and identify possible solutions Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on any task Provide support for complex issues that require escalation Liaison with vendors and other IT personnel for system or problem resolution Draft MOP and Change Request documents in compliance with ITIL Standards Maintain strong working relationship with customers and team Additional Info - Regards!!
