Ideally, this candidate has either strong Venafi experience or experience with HSMs. Primary Purpose: Participate as a member on the Certificate Services team, with a focus on operations. The Certificate Services team is responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital certificates, SSH keys, and HSMs across the corporate enterprise. This is a hands-on role that will help drive operations and developing new processes for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate management, Hardware security Module (HSM) management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Participate in the efforts related to designing, planning, implementing, maintaining, enhancing, and testing certificate services operations and PKI capabilities (digital certificate lifecycle management, code signing, etc.) across the enterprise. Build processes and implement capabilities to support HSM and SSH Key Management. Develop and maintain critical technical and cyber infrastructure and capabilities for the Certificate Services Team Respond to internal customer inquiries in a timely manner. Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call availability for supported information security technology infrastructure. Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in information security or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Understanding of applied enterprise information security technologies including, but not limited to, PKI, certificate management, encryption, and SSH key management Experience with Venafi Trust Protection Platform and multiple certificate authorities (Microsoft, DigiCert, Entrust, AWS Private CA) Experience working with Hardware Security Modules, preferably nCipher HSMs and nShield Monitor. Experience with enterprise ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow Understanding of Cloud PKI and encryption, preferably in a multi-cloud environment. Experience with scripting and cloud automation.
