From: Rakesh, Nutech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Sr Success Factors Employee Central Consultant Location remote must be willing to work PST Duration 6 months + Core Competencies: Ability to imagine, design, configure and Implement SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions to solve business process requirements within the Core HR space Demonstrates ability to understand complex core HR business needs and work with business partners to document, configure, implement and test changes in Employee Central Performs Employee Central configuration updates within business rules, workflows, MDF and Custom objects, UI and provides integrations support as an individual contributor Participates in design sessions and provide feedback on the solution. Supports integration teams, data conversion teams and security (RBP) team Demonstrates proven ability to create desired ad-hoc and advance reports out of SuccessFactors Demonstrates proven ability to partner with the QA teams to unit test solutions and troubleshooting and resolving pending configuration issues Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects Considers overall user technology experience in thoughtfully designing engaging solutions Ability to lead small streams of design work Review replication issues, provide feedback and test as needed Supports data conversion activities. Performs mass data loads as needed, data purge and validation of converted data Supports solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, performing test execution, and validating test results. Provides global support of critical systems in production environment Drive system support, working trouble tickets and escalating to teammates according to priority and required expertise queue Develops system proficiency and builds subject matter expertise through root cause analysis. Coordinates issue resolution with vendors and/or cross-functional teams. Provides timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/resolution with end-users and team. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification 5+ years of relevant Employee Central (hands on) experience in implementation Projects or support Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central system Understand development lifecycle and IT operations. Configuration knowledge of relevant applications/modules/platforms within SuccessFactors Utilizes user-centric design concepts in conjunction with agile development and testing processes to support development of highly engaging technology solutions. Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions. Applies knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
