In-depth knowledge of the full software development lifecycle; with specific experience pertinent to agile or iterative approaches to delivery preferred. Ability to coach, mentor, and teach architects and engineers. Self-directed; highly motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Ability to obtain a security clearance.
