Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to align with client needs. Develop functional specifications and documentation for customizations and integrations. Implementation and Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and data sources. Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process. Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using the Dynamics 365 system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing questions and issues in a timely manner. Work closely with client teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Pursue relevant certifications and training to enhance your expertise in the field. Share your knowledge and insights with the team to contribute to a culture of learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. Strong understanding of CRM and ERP concepts, business processes, and industry best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and others. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to map client requirements to system functionality. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
