This position requires a wide range of skills from setting up new Orgs from Scratch, integration with 3rd party tools, migration of data, use of CI/CD frameworks, troubleshooting systems including production, and other administrative tasks as required. This position will require hands-on experience as an Administrator and prior Salesforce custom development experience is a plus. Familiarity with MuleSoft, Jitterbit, and Azure Data Factory is also a plus. The HHSC Salesforce team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. This position requires availability for 24/7 support. Skill Sheet: Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices. Required 8years Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum. Required 8years, Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.. Required 8years Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions, Required 8years Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
