The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of non-profit organizations and their unique fundraising needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Database Administrator, preferably in a non-profit organization with a focus on fundraising. Strong proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and other fundraising software platforms. Excellent understanding of non-profit fundraising processes, including donor management, gift processing, stewardship, and reporting. In-depth knowledge of database management principles, data quality assurance, and data security best practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 and experience with database query optimization.
