NYC after conversion to FTE need local candidates ONLY Client: Morgan Stanley Title: Mainframe Systems Programmer Location: 3 days a week onsite in NYC after conversion to FTE need local candidates ONLY Visa: USC, GC MOI: Skype Must have expertise in JCL and REXX Must have financial services background Mainframe Systems Programmer Right to Hire Client is looking for a Mainframe Systems Programmer with a development background for this role to Write automation code and analyze performance related issues with 5+ years of hands on db2 experience.  Expertise in JCL and REXX DB2 knowledge in a sysplex environment Familiar with large batch processing environment  Mainframe Architecture knowledge  Mainframe Standards  z/Os  Knowledge of Cobol and CICS, preferably a developer background Experience with Scrt reporting and licensing of mainframe products would be a plus Experience with izpa or equivalent capacity and report tools would be a plus  Some financial industry background is required -- Keywords: zos information technology green card
