Expert knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Management, including custom PSM and CPM development. -Must have solid communication skills: will be handling requirements gathering and interfacing with users -comfortable working tickets and using ServiceNow -Windows/Linux exp -Enterprise, Global experience is required Job Description Senior Cyber Security Engineer with CyberArk experience nees 12+ profile Cyber Security specialist with a focus on CyberArk, based here in North America Location: Remote, preferred to have person in Southern Wisconsin (QBE does go in 1 day/week) Length: The contract expectation is 12 months and the role will be serving a Privileged Access Management acceleration project. Team: takes care of infrastructure and server people just as much as security people, they take care of antivirus, CyberArk, etc. they are NOT the chasing the bad guys Why Open: CyberArk is a privilege access mgt platform- theyve been funded to add more 100 apps onboarded to CyberArk platform Start: Mid Sept -Global project team and focus is North America (There may be some early mtgs at 6a but will still maintain 40 hrs/week) Team: 7 total in NA, 7 in London, 7 in Sydney and will be joining other Team Leads in the CyberArk capacity. Culture is fast paced, courageous & person needs thick skin. Team has morning standups daily Must Have: -Manage and support and be a Tier 3 CyberArk person, must be a CyberArk engineer-worked w/platform, onboarded platform, expanding integrations. Doesnt want just CyberArk on resume & the team used this they must have hands on exp within CyberArk -Must have solid communication skills: will be handling requirements gathering and interfacing with users -comfortable working tickets and using ServiceNow -Windows/Linux exp -Enterprise, Global experience is required -QBE only has CyberArk Core PAM -PowerShell scripting, UI Vision is what QBE uses for scripting and that would be a bonus Day to Day: Be in project meetings and handle project demands, they will be given apps to be onboarded into CyberArk and follow thru hyper cure period Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer with CyberArk experience to deploy and maintain Cyber Security Infrastructure services across QBE globally. The role holder will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and continuously improving Cyber Security Infrastructure services, specifically Privileged Access Management (CyberArk). This is a technical infrastructure role to onboard applications and infrastructure systems to CyberArk, maintain the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the platform, respond to incidents and problems, monitor, test, troubleshoot, and plan for growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage, support, and continually develop and enhance the CyberArk Privileged Access Management service. Onboard new applications and infrastructure systems to CyberArk, including building PSM and CPM connectors as required, and expanding and enhancing existing integrations. Identify, plan, and implement regular and proactive maintenance and performance improvements to the CyberArk platform to ensure it remains fit for purpose. Coordinate and lead technical implementation activities Resolve complex service incidents in line with SLAs Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve service to business users and enhance knowledge and information sharing Guide and advise others to ensure the sharing of knowledge and best practice throughout the team Contribute to technical designs, technical delivery plans, and maintain operational documentation. What does success look like Expert knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Management, including custom PSM and CPM development. Strong knowledge of core infrastructure technologies, such as (but not limited to) Active Directory, Windows Workstation and Server, networking, Linux, operational tooling, cloud services, etc. Strong working knowledge of Security Infrastructure technologies and best practices 5+ years technical experience in an infrastructure engineering role, including infrastructure support and change delivery. Understanding of current Cyber Security technology trends with relation to Privileged Access Management. Problem solving and analysis skills, with a high attention to detail Strong communications skills both verbal and written, being able to share knowledge and educate others High attention to detail Experience of maintaining relationships in a diverse, distributed team Broad experience with understanding of enterprise technology environments in a global organization Keywords: user interface information technology golang |
