Job Description - Application Support Engineer USC/GC 6 Month Skype Remote In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, debugging, and quality assurance testing for various applications and information systems. You will work closely with developers, system administrators, and end-users to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of our applications. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting application issues, troubleshooting network connectivity problems, and working with Microsoft SQL Server and databases. Experience with application support, debugging, and QA testing Experience with testing, debugging, troubleshooting applications and information systems Familiarity with windows servers (2012+) Basic understanding of networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot connection issues Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft SQL server, databases, and queries Experience with the following applications (in priority order): CIMCO Atlas Copco Suite Toolsnet8 ToolsTalk2 Predator DataLoop Kepware Ignition Understanding of and ability to use scripting/development methodologies to solve problems Thanks and Regards.
