Responsibilities: Strong analytical skills strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure and in fast paced team environment. Compliance, Driving Policies, Policy adherence, GAP analysis. Partner with internal IAM team members to drive process improvements and automation of data collection. Prepares assessment reports, improve metric reporting and tracking of projects. Establish operating rhythm with manager to report out on key metrics including status of project and issue management. Engages cross-business teams to remediate defects for Corporate and Capital Create and/or modify process documents to match the current process. Assist in identifying and drive process improvements. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Preferred qualifications Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
