Experience in multiple scripting languages desired: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Power Shell Strong experience in service now integration methods and web-based API development and configuration with other systems using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP System integration experience Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes Working with business users to understand requirements and translate then to technical specifications. Communicating with stakeholders and vendor support teams, analyzing integration needs, using problem-solving skills and developing solutions from scratch. Answer technical and application configuration questions Implement new functionality for customers while using ServiceNow best practices Collaborating medium scale projects with minimal supervision.
