What is your teams main responsibility We develop software, and ensure it functions prior to production How would you describe the culture of your team Currently our team is completely remote, normally we would be in the office in O'Fallon, MO. We go into the office every other week in accordance with Mastercard distancing/Covid-19 policy. What kind of individuals does your team consist of Group is made up of a variety of individuals from a large background of cultures, but is a very collaborative team. They get together on Scrum calls each morning and at times there is head's down work. The person will do a lot of collaboration and training to get up to speed. Would you please describe your management style I am very flexible and goal-oriented, but not very hand's on. Sets up team for success and encourages rather than micromanaging. What will a typical work day look like for this contractor They would be doing manual testing, automated testing, and test automation. We also need someone whom is comfortable setting up test frameworks.
