Experience with Blue Yonder a must The Quality Assurance Analyst job is responsible for the overall quality of systems and technology that are released into ETPs production environment. The scope of this role includes the comprehensive aspects of quality including testing documentation, planning and execution of testing, testing validation, and obtaining approval using both manual processes and automated tools that are available in the SGWS environment. In their role, Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the product meets business requirements and overall business objectives by tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status, as well as documenting problems and communicating the issue to development staff to assist in their resolution Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree Experience executing a testing with large-scale platforms (SAP, JDA, etc.) Experience with automated testing tools Experience coordinating and scheduling testing teams Experience working with testing teams that are located offshore Experience evaluating and improving QA practices and processes Experience interacting with Business team members during a testing program Experience working with third-party Quality Assurance teams Experience executing the regression and performance testing for packaged releases on a defined scheduled timeline coordinating the scheduling and resources SAFe Agile certified Experience coordinating and scheduling testing teams Experience working with testing teams that are located offshore Experience mentoring and developing QA people Experience evaluating and improving QA practices and processes Experience interacting and leading Business team members during a testing program Experience working with, and directing, third-party Quality Assurance teams Experience working in Agile environment (SAFe preferred), using DevOps and CD/CI methodology -- Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment quality analyst information technology Texas |
