Job Description:

Perform advanced and/or supervisor (senior-level) systems administration
work. Work involves managing, maintaining, and supporting the Atlassian suite
including JIRA, Confluence Crowd, Fisheye and Crucible; general support of the
tools, software administration, workflow management and customization, and
product setup. May plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others. Work
under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative
and independent judgement

operating systems or Microsoft Server operating systems.

creating conditions, validators, and post functions; make changes to
workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and
configuration maintenance.

using JIRA REST APIs for integration with other tools like Jenkins, and

creating and managing users, groups, projects and user permissions.

troubleshooting access and/or performance issues, engaging Atlassian and/or
