Experience should cover areas of quality assurance, process analysis, business analysis, software development, and project management, preferably within a diversified financial services firm. BBA/BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or Finance is preferred, but equivalent experience is also considered. Proficient with Java programming language. Proficient with Selenium Web Driver automated testing platform. Understand database architecture and querying; proficiency with SQL Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex problem solving. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills leading to trusting relationships with business partners and their leadership team. Ability to explain technical aspects across the organization; communicating appropriately to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge. Demonstrated relationship builder; able to establish both internal and external working relationships in order to identify and implement strategies for business growth. Change agent who is able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment and with associates at all levels and in all areas of the firm. Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Visio. Experience with load and performance testing is considered a plus Experience with Application Interface Program (API) testing and/or development is considered a plus.
