Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and development standards, to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Ensures all MuleSoft solutions and enhancements are fully tested, debugged, and meet product quality standards prior to release to QA. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, enhance system performance, and increase development team productivity. Monitor project timelines and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business needs, and translate them into technical requirements for MuleSoft integration projects. Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for technology adoption and process improvements. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and effective communication within the development team and across departments. Ensures all reported system issues are resolved. Ensures technology solutions support the needs of the customer and/or organization. May serve as an expert on software architecture and programming principles. May perform other job duties as assigned. What youll need to have: Must have a minimum of 10 years working within the Software Development Lifecycle. Minimum 5 years experience building integrations that connect with one or more on-premises packaged COTS solutions and/or SaaS solutions. Minimum 5 years experience with enterprise integration architecture and best practices, including microservices, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and event-driven architecture (EDA). Minimum 5 years experience with setting up and configuring on-premises/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations. Strong technical background in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, API Management, and CloudHub. In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and messaging technologies (JMS, AMQP, MQTT). Proficiency in Java or other programming languages commonly used in MuleSoft development. Experience working in Agile development methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git. Any MuleSoft certification (e.g. MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect). Ability to travel up to 10% for team meetings, training events, and conferences.
