| Hi , Please find the below JD and share updated resume Job Title: Junior Quality Assurance Consultant - Appian Job Summary: As a Junior Quality Assurance Consultant specializing in Appian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Appian-based solutions. Your focus will be on learning and applying quality assurance practices, testing methodologies, and Appian platform knowledge. You'll work closely with senior QA consultants, developers, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of robust and high-performing Appian applications that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Appian Testing Support: Collaborate with senior QA consultants to assist in designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Appian applications. 2. Test Execution: Conduct manual testing of Appian workflows, interfaces, and functionality to verify proper operation and alignment with project requirements. 3. Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation related to testing processes, procedures, and outcomes within the context of Appian projects. 4. Defect Reporting: Identify and document defects and issues within Appian applications. Work with senior QA consultants and development teams to ensure timely resolution. 5. Appian Platform Familiarity: Learn and develop a solid understanding of Appian's low-code platform capabilities, features, and best practices for application development and testing. 6. Test Automation: Under the guidance of senior QA consultants, contribute to the implementation of automated testing within the Appian platform. 7. Quality Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and enhancement within Appian development and testing workflows. 8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to support effective communication and alignment on quality goals. 9. Learning and Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of Appian and quality assurance methodologies. Participate in training programs and workshops to grow your skills. 10. Quality Metrics: Contribute to the collection and analysis of testing metrics and data, providing insights to assist in improving the overall quality of Appian-based solutions. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and software testing methodologies. - Interest in and enthusiasm for learning Appian's low-code platform and its application to testing and quality assurance. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Appian certifications or training are not required but would be a plus. - Internships, coursework, or projects related to quality assurance or software testing are advantageous.
