Hand on experience in HOST/WCS/TMS/Parcel integrations ( All or any one is ok) Should know BY-WMS functionality end-to-end with ability to understand the installed configuration Has experience in managing SLAs Able to prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR) with knowledge or MTTR, MTTS Well versed with the support protocols such as escalation paths during P1/P2, Major Incident Management (MIM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Keywords: |
