Minimum 5 years of experience developing web-based applications Minimum 5 years development experience in Java/J2EE technologies Strong Communication Skills The successful candidate must have, in order of importance: Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, an ORM framework (myBatis or Hibernate preferred) Experience using and implementing RESTful web services Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery Experience with multi-threading using core Java libraries particularly the Executor framework. Knowledge of XML, JSON, and AJAX techniques Strong understanding of SQL database design Self-motivated and willing to learn Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
