Need candidates LinkedIn Required Skills: Hands-on experience solving technical issues understanding of GIS, especially the Esri GIS Platform (ArcMap desktop product). Advanced knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, strong ability to gather business requirements, and develop associate functional/technical specifications. Ability to perform quality assurance testing strategies, plans, and execution, including detail orientation and commitment to avoidance of errors. Ability to read and work on GIS Maps, including parcels and base maps. Ability to execute Selection Queries in ArcMap. Working experience with an Election Management System.
