Any more in-depth Azure expericne will be a plus as they move more towards implementing in other area. Below are a few bullet points he mentioned as being discussed with the hiring manager. Engineering across Exchange and/or 365-looking for any in-depth work beyond admin level Implementing any new platforms Plan, build, run phases MUST be onsite 4 days week for the first 6 weeks in Wilmington DE. From there, REMOTE work...with occasional office work. Right now, contractors are not forced into onsite, but that could change and/or conversion to FTE would require onsite 4 days/week. FIND SOMEONE LOCAL. WSFS Office Options could be Wilmington or Wayne PA after the initial 6 week training down in Wilmington COVID/VACCINCATION REQUIREMENTS: NA ABOUT THE ROLE: Seniority Level/Target years of experience: 10+ years Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities - Please enter in sentence format for ease of use by RDM Strong Engineer with hybrid (on -prem/cloud) expertise -- willing and able to do traditional engineer work (spin up servers, support OS needs, etc) along with the 365 Environment, and Azure cloud instances Strong expertise within Azure AD, integration of Azure into their environment (ETL, etc) Strong overall Tec Chops and expertise in Operational Support. This is to support BAU activities along with new project work for their infrastructure. Timeline to start/fill; ASAP Interview Process (how many rounds and any details). 2 rounds INTAKE NOTES 8/3 System Engineer focused on Azure/365 Operational Support Strong overall traditional engineer skill sets. Strong communication skills and ability to support escalated troubleshooting, production issues, etc. IAM / PaM - cyberark future Azure /365 Engineer - They are still in 2 DCs (no virtual machines) 365, teams, OneDrive, SP Heavy azure AD PowerBI, Currently they are migrating to workday and impacting / slowing down azure 6 weeks before current engineer leaves Seasoned Tech - contract asap New server builds / group policy and other areas and skill sets 9 month contract to start Intention -- next year open roles, possible conversion if they are good On-site / hybrid -- new hires are supposed to be 4 days week in September. BUT that doesn't apply to contractors Flexible overall on options.
