The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale software development projects, particularly in the realm of web applications. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of project management principles, along with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Note: Candidates with a background in infrastructure project management, cloud migration, business analysis, quality assurance, support projects, or ERP (SAP, SAS, etc.) experience are not suitable for this position. NO infrastructure PM or Cloud Migration: IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE Qualifications: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in technical project management. Strong functional expertise in overseeing large-scale software development projects. Proven background in managing web application development projects. Certification in either Scrum or PMP is required. Experience managing teams involved in e-commerce application development is a distinct advantage. Ability to effectively manage both onsite and offshore coordination. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
