Looking for someone who will build trust through responsiveness, preparedness, punctuality, and accountability on all aspects of a project. You will attend and contribute to discussions within workshops, meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently. This role performs system administration support clients, including but not limited to: form configuration, simple scripting, Service Catalog configuration, and Custom Homepages, Dashboards, etc. Have a love of working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment with smart and fun people. Primary Role and Responsibilities: Co-lead requirements gathering sessions with process consultants Participate in daily scrums and collaborative design/brainstorm sessions Guiding business stakeholders towards taking advantage of latest Employee Center features Coaching clients towards styling out-of-box components vs. cloning out-of-box components in order to reduce or eliminate technical debt of implementations Creating and implementing complex pages in ServiceNow Portal Creating and implementing custom widgets Implementing designer-provided user interfaces using BootStrap framework Matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal and client's websites using CSS Resolving UI performance bottlenecks Resolving complex widget defects Writing ATF tests Ensuring custom widgets and pages are ready for upgrade Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in developing on ServiceNow Portal applications 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience Experience with the new Employee Center and Employee Center Pro capabilities Experience deploying Now Mobile application Experience with Al Search Service Now application developer certification Experience in Javascript, Angular JS (1.X) Experience in CSS, HTML, Bootstrap 3 framework Good understanding of Object Oriented JavaScript Front-end and back-end development experience required Great communication skills being able to present complex information to team members and clients Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience 1+ years UX experience on the ServiceNow platform, preferably ITSM Thanks and Have a Great Day!....
