Tue-Thu will report to Chevron location. About the role: Finance Deployment Support Analyst supports the application of Digital Core standards, cleansing, validation, data prep, and testing. Supports the deployment of Upstream Accounting and Financial work processes. Summary skillset: SAP Subject Matter Expertise in the following SAP areas: Project Accounting SAP JVA (Joint Venture Accounting) Asset Accounting Business Partners (Customer, Vendor, Partner) Cost Centers and Hierarchies Allocations Standard Reports and Tables SAP deployment experience S4 HANA reporting experience Additional Requirements Strong Team Player and collaborator. Oil and Gas industry knowledge. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in data migration/cutover activities. Strong organizational skills, prioritizes to schedule requirements. Develop and utilize databases to support business goals, a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow up. Willing to learn new skills, be flexible, and open to operating outside the box. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mentality Detailed Requirements Detailed Requirements Coordination and participation in data preparation, cleansing, and validation across a variety of SAP Upstream Accounting data sets. Liaising with Business Unit Finance and Finance Shares Services professionals. Data validation and enrichment for testing cycles and production cutover. User involvement testing Training and post deployment Hypercare support Cleaning activities include: SAP report and table exports and associated analyses Assessment, validation, and alignment on cleansing action Validation of completeness Progress updates Identify optimization opportunities, develop value benefits, and recommendations to the data integrity and cleansing process.
