| Hi Contract Role: Salesforce Sales, service clouds Exp 10+ Location: Newark, CA (Onsite) ONLY LOCALS Rate 70 JD: Salesforce Certification in Service Cloud as Developer preferred Salesforce Service Cloud and the Lightning Platform required; familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Customer Facing Apps is a plus Experience in API's and Web Services Customer focused Flexible and adaptable to change Tenacity and commitment to tasks Self-disciplined Strong analytical reasoning skills Sales Cloud: Responsibilities: Technical design and implementation (develop / maintain) of salesforce solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions, options and benefits to key technical program stakeholders Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping sales cloud technical solutions using best practices. Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal sandboxes. Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors Provide day to day sales cloud platform and user support Responsible for issue resolution in UAT and post production support of Sales Cloud functionality Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality Strong desire to learn.
