I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation Role: ServiceNow Project Manager Remote - EST / CST time zone 6+ Month Visa: No CPT, OPT, H1B Ideal: Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese EST / CST time zone The must have a strong background with ServiceNow, especially with the CSM module and have worked in an Agile environment before Skills: Solid Supply Chain IT experience with 5-8 years experience leading complex projects implementing a new application. Ability to manage/lead a complex IT project for a ServiceNow implementation using ServiceNows Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Experience with SalesForce or ServiceNow - helpful but not necessary. ServiceNow Contact Center experience- helpful but not necessary. Collaborate with a system integrator vendor, clients technical, & business teams in leading the project. Assist with leading project plan weekly calls The project go-live is in July 2024 & after that there will be stabilization of the application needed (no production support). This project is to replace SalesForce Case Management Call Center solution with ServiceNows Case Management solution. MVP only is being deployed no additional scope is being added due to the short timeframe to deploy ServiceNow. However, keen eye to identify/track future state optimization possibilities to prepare for year 2+ Experienced & proficient in communication tools for leadership (Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel) Ability to articulate risks and concerns & know when to escalate issues. High-level understanding of system integrations and IT architecture models. Experienced leading multiple workstreams on an IT-led project Experienced with leading a team to gather requirements, oversee testing, and hypercare. Potential travel to Colombia (during kickoff sessions / hypercare) approximately 5% Expert in utilizing Agile methodologies (JIRA, Scrum) Thanks & Regards!
