Work includes but not limited to, administering LMS activities, maintaining data records, running reports, researching new technology, testing courses, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assigning user roles, certifying DSHS developers and maintaining LMS processes. This position works with instructional designers, eLearning developers and other stakeholders to ensure courses are deployed on the LMS and meets business needs.
