Role: AWS Cloud System Engineer Location : Carmel, IN (Hybrid) Position type : Contract Project Duration : long Term Visa : & Detailed JD : - Collaborate with the engineering teams to enable their applications to run on Cloud infrastructure. - Debug technical issues in a complex stack involving virtualization, containers, microservices, etc. - Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance. - Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy AWS applications at the direction of lead architects. - Generate scripts and templates required for the automatic provisioning of resources. - Discover standard cloud services offerings, install, and execute processes and standards for optimal use of cloud service provider offerings. - Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies. Required Skills: - 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience in a VMWare / Windows environment - Experience deploying, managing, and operating workloads in the cloud, AWS preferred but will look at candidates with Azure or P Preferred Skills/Characteristics: - Experience with cloud migrations - Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect) - Bachelors degree Looking forward to work with you!
