Must be able to obtain clearance Fully Remote, East Coast Work Hours POSITION IS REMOTE SAP Functional MM Analyst REMOTE - East Coast Work hours Multi year engagement Note: MUST be able to acquire SECRET Security Clearance after being approved for the project, or currently hold Active SECRET Security Clearance or higher General Description of Labor Category: This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERPs SAP requirements and design. This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP MM to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs. Must have expertise integrating with SD, FI, and FM to integrate functionality. Min/Gen Experience: Four (4) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area.. Requires strong organization and communication skills. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Work is performed under general supervision. Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP MM module (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred. Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree. Required Skills: Four (4) or more years of SAP experience. Preferred Skills: 3 + years MM experience Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills Other Required Skill Requirements: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Primary Job Duties: Provide MM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition; Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary; Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases; Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions; Define user authorization requirements; Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving MM defects (break/fix), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP MM solution and system; Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed.
