Job Description - Job Title: Program Manager Testing Location: Dallas Onsite 2-3 days preferred but open to Miami, Irvine Office Location: New York, NY Duration: 15+Months Work Authorization: No H1B/CPT/OPT MOI: Skype (2 rounds) Candidates must be local to TX. Requirement Description: Program Manager Testing. This role will have daily oversight over 20+ Consultants. Ideal candidate will have substantial experience overseeing testing efforts for complex implementations. Defines and program testing roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk. Must have experience developing and presenting to Sr Leadership across Business and Technology. Job Description: 6+ years of leading/overseeing testing of Data initiatives including Data migration, Data transformation and Data Quality Validation Tests (DQVT) Strong program delivery skills to coordinate activities with multiple project team members in onsite/nearshore/offshore model. Overall 10+ years of experience in Data Validation / ETL projects Experience in Data Modernization Programs - interacting Business and IT teams to drive requirements, solution design, implementation, and data validations. 3+ years of Snowflake DB Testing experience with strong SQL skills Great stakeholder communication skills including oral, written, and presentation skills. Experience in leading ETL/DQVT teams Deep understanding of SDLC, Test Life Cycle, and Data Pipes Experience in leading automated testing for data migration and data quality validation projects (Python etc..). Experience in creating operational & dimensional, logical & physical data models, ETL, DWH, and BI solutions without any guidance or supervision Good experience in Agile/Scrum, Scaled Agile experience. Hands on experience in resolving issues in data mapping, technical specs, solutioning, defect triaging, and the incidents reported Experience in developing automated solutions for data validation activities. Experience in any cloud platform - AWS, Azure, GCP. 3+ years of Banking Industry experience, delivered Data Quality projects/solutions Must Have: - 6+ years of leading Data initiatives including Data migration, Data transformation and Data Quality Validation Tests (DQVT) - 6+ years managing entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. -Strong program delivery skills to coordinate the activities with multiple project team members in onsite/nearshore/offshore model. - Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Essential stakeholder communication with oral, written, and presentation skills. -Experience Data Modernization Programs - interacting Business and IT teams to drive requirements, solution design, implementation, and data validations. - Strong experience developing program wide testing strategies including automation solutions - Experienced managing 20+ resources dispersed globally Nice to Have: -3+ years of Snowflake DB Testing experience with strong SQL skills -Experience in any cloud platforms AWS, Azure Thanks and Regards.
