Familiarity with MuleSoft, Jitterbit, and Azure Data Factory is also a plus. The HHSC Salesforce team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. This position requires availability for 24/7 support . Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices. 8 Required Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum. 8 Required Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products. 8 Required Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions. 5 Preferred Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications.
