Position: Business Intelligence Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Visa: No H1B Prior experience in the telecommunications or networking industry is advantageous but not required Must Haves: Minimum 5 years of work-related experience as a BI Developer Proven experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing and developing BI solutions Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and the ability to create insightful data visualizations and interactive dashboards Strong SQL skills for data querying Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration from diverse sources Solid understanding of data governance concepts and data management best practices As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer you will play a pivotal role within our BI Team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, translating business requirements into impactful data visualizations, reports, and dashboards. Working closely with stakeholders, you will harness various data sources, perform ETL processes, and leverage BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing data analytics capabilities, optimizing performance, providing valuable business insights, supporting strategic objectives, and fostering innovation in telecommunications and network solutions. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand analytical requirements, translating them into effective data visualizations, reports, and interactive dashboards. Harness diverse data sources and perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Utilize BI tools such as Tableau, or Power to create insightful data visualizations and interactive dashboards. Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Conduct data modeling and analysis to deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders. Work closely with the BI Team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices. Participate in data quality initiatives to maintain data integrity and consistency. Support the integration of BI solutions with existing systems and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI initiatives with strategic organizational goals. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree, from an accredited university, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of work-related experience Proven experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing and developing BI solutions Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and the ability to create insightful data visualizations and interactive dashboards Strong SQL skills for data querying Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration from diverse sources Solid understanding of data governance concepts and data management best practices Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms and data analytics services is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environmen Best Regards Satya Kori Technical Recruiter DMS Visions Inc.
