Present complex solutions, options and benefits to key technical program stakeholders Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping sales cloud technical solutions using best practices. Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal sandboxes. Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors Provide day to day sales cloud platform and user support Responsible for issue resolution in UAT and post production support of Sales Cloud functionality Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential Customize as necessary in implementing scalable solutions, while advocating for best practices DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field 5-7 years of Experience in developing solutions using Salesforce Platform Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud objects used in Lead to Opportunity and Opportunity to Quote processes Strong experience with SFDC Advanced approvals Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools and processes Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, WorkBench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of ownership Exposure to CLM tools and processes will be a plus Keywords: information technology California |
