Troubleshoot complex issues and lead incident resolutions. Optimize application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be the final point of escalation for critical issues. Assist in deployment and configuration of application updates and patches. Maintain detailed documentation and mentor junior team members. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in application support with expertise in the specified technology stack.
