PREFERENCE: Preference will be given to candidates that have seven or more years of experience developing custom applications. SKILLS: To accomplish the work outlined above, client requires one (1) advanced level systems architect with the skills and experiences listed below: Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and business analysis. Minimum 7 years of experience development in C++, VB6 and .NET environments. Minimum 7 years of experience Microsoft Server 2003 2018, Microsoft SQL server. Minimum 7 years of experience design and development of Web applications. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Department staff at various levels. Preferred Experience: Strong technical background. Problem solving skills and techniques. Passionate about technology. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with OpenVMS operating system, ACMS Desktop and Oracle RDB databases. Experience developing using TruCredential Software.
