This includes business process design, demand prioritization, business relationships across all tiers of the organization, technology standardization and compliance. The OTC lead is expected to have significant experience in program management implementing large-scale, complex sales processes, preferably SAP S/4 HANA across multiple projects. This role must partner effectively with multiple parties including Finance (RTR), Procurement (P2P), Development (ABAP), Integration/Middleware and Basis architects, Business process owners and service providers. Person Specification Experience across multiple industries and has the versatility to discuss and advise the clients business community on the process and business-oriented aspects Hands-on configuring SAP-based prototypes, proof of concepts and solutions, while at the same time distributing, assigning, and supervising other consultants work as needed 12 plus years of experience designing and implementing SAP ECC & S4 HANA solutions, with emphasis on advising business users on which SAP features to use to fulfil their requirements, rather than order-taking on what and how to configure the system At least 4 full-cycle implementation projects, with at least 2 of them on S/4 HANA Industry experience across several industries, including Media, Entertainment & Manufacturing Ability to organize and manage the activities of teams, both for project work and for the development of internal team competencies. University degree in Business, Engineering, Systems or Finance preferred Willing to travel to the UK Head Office (London, Kings Cross) & US (Los Angeles) as an when required Skills Specification Detailed functional understanding and expert-level hands-on configuration in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA in the following areas.
