Should have 5years of experience on creating complex JIRA workflows, project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes. Should have 5years of experience on creating conditions, validators, and post functions; make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance. Should have 5years of experience on using JIRA REST APIs for integration with other tools like Jenkins, and Integration/Automation frameworks. Should have 3years of experience on creating and managing users, groups, projects and user permissions. Should have 3years of experience with SQL and JQL to create and manage queries, filters, dashboards and reports. Should have 3years of experience on troubleshooting access and/or performance issues, engaging Atlassian and/or app vendor when necessary. Should have 3years of experience on creating and maintaining JIRA Projects and Confluence Spaces. Should have 3years of experience with Agile methodology lifecycle. Should have 2years of experience on migrating Atlassian Server platform to Atlassian Data Center or Cloud environments. Should have 3years of experience on analyzing and providing direction for compatible software with the Atlassian tool suite. Should have 3years of experience on Maintaining Agency/Division Roadmaps within JIRA tool. Should have 3years of experience on maintaining and developing new processes for each JIRA Add-Ons.
