Please ensure your talent is aware.*** Top 3 requried skills for role: 1. Production Support; 2. Java - Micro-Services / Kubernetes; 3. SQL Part of an on call rotation. When on call the shift is 8 hours per day for all 7 days of that week (including weekend). Weekend rotation will be once in 3-5 weeks. Identifying, troubleshooting and providing solution for production incidents of moderate to high complexity. Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services. Interface/co-ordinate with Level 1 support, Level 2 support, and other technical and non-technical support groups, provide assistance and guidance as required. Root cause analysis of problems/issues reported by clients/members. Able to communicate across multiple teams on day-to-day support operations. Able to use Service Now to create tickets (can be trained, learn on the job) Able to use Splunk logs for triaging (can be trained, learn on the job) Able to use Github and Rally tools (can be trained, learn on the job) Experience with databases (doing querying and troubleshooting), containerized environments (ideally Kubernetes), and public cloud (ideally Azure) are firmer requirements than i think i stated earlier.
