| Java Developer (12+) with SQL, RESTful web services, Spring Aspect Oriented Programming/transaction/security, JUnit, Angular, Crystal Reports, and PowerBI experience Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Duration: 10 months Need only 12+ years profiles The position will be 100% remote. The program prefers any candidates out of state (any location within the United States). Minimum Requirements: Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java programming language 8 Required Experience in applications development on J2EE platform 8 Required Experience in writing SQL for relational databases 8 Required Experience in RESTful web services on Spring platform 8 Required Experience working on Spring Aspect Oriented Programming like transaction management and security 8 Required Experience in RESTful web services on Spring platform. 8 Required Experience with JUnit and Unit Test development 4 Preferred Experience with Angular UI Framework 4 Preferred Experience with Crystal Reports 4 Preferred Experience with PowerBI Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 3 Software Engineer 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Software Engineer 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. These three contractor roles are for Senior Java Developers, and they will work on the PCS SCOR EI. These roles will be responsible for making updates to the SCOR Java. Updates include changes to business logic, updates to the user interface and business logic as well as extending reporting capabilities and the system data model. Supports application enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode. Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, document ation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required. Maintaining code coverage, testing, and security policies and procedures is required. Available for on-call support as needed.
