So they can hit the ground running with automation skillsets. Some experience in scripting and coding. Test Lead this would be leading testing. Directing and ensuring that testers are doing what they are supposed to. Flexible with the rate if they are good with ATF. They dont have to code in it but they need to understand it. Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software testing with Automation (Selenium & ATF) knowledge Knowledge and Skills Required: Testing Concepts: Complete understanding of ServiceNow.
