Provide Exadata upgrades and data center migration support as needed 2. Provide knowledge transfer sessions and recommendations for new Exadata features 3. Prepare plan details for Exadata patching in preparation for upgraded database versions 4. Assist with Exadata configuration activities and virtualizations 5. Provide re-IPing services as required 6. Assist with database migrations with zero downtime 7. Create and Maintain RAC Clusters on Exadata 8. Configure and maintain storage cell servers 9. Configure and maintain Exadata Virtual Cluster 10. Execute and review Exachk Diagnostic report and suggest corrective actions 11. Download and stage required patches 12. Apply patches as required to the following Exadata components: Storage cells, Compute nodes, Grid Infrastructure, Oracle Database Homes, and Infiniband switches 13. Apply post-OH patch activities on all required databases as identified by the customer 14. Post-patch Exachk diagnostic report; analysis 15. Assist with ZFS and/or ZDLRA configuration, integration, patching and support as specified with Exadata 16. Assist with ODA configuration, integration, patching and support as specified with Exadata 17. For Exadata patching, each Oracle system will be patched twice per year at a minimum Keywords: Ohio |
