Role: Technical Lead - Snowflake Location: Remote Job Description: The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) and a strong background in ETL tools. As a Snowflake Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions within Snowflake while utilizing DBT to transform and enhance data capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: The Business Intelligence (BI) Architect is responsible for building, implementing, and supporting reporting solutions for our enterprise clients. Experience in all stages of BI project work (requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment). Should have a firm grasp of BI implementation methodologies and will have had in-depth experience with Microsoft Power BI stack. Translate business needs to technical specifications Analyse and provide solutions to bring performance improvements. Design, build and deploy BI solutions Architect, design and develop end to end business intelligence solution based on Microsoft Power BI platform. Work with clients to define user requirements for web systems, dashboards and reports. Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications Experience in Power BI Premium version Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI. Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI versions including Desktop / Premium Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set. Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems Collaborate with teams to integrate systems Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects. Technical skills required Proven experience as a BI Architect and enterprise reporting etc. Industry experience is preferred Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) Develop and manage BI end user presentation layer training and documentation.
