Job Description - Job Title: JR IAM Okta Admin Location: Remote In the U.S. Working in CST and EST Time Zones Term: Open Ended Minimum 6 months No H1,CPT Description: We are looking for a person that has experience with the Okta Identity Management tool who can perform internal and external user support and has application instrumentation knowledge in regard to authentication and SSO. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in supporting users, administering, and engineering an Identity Provider and B2B Federation Connections. This person will be working closely with end users, IAM SSO admins as well as internal developers seeking to instrument applications for single sign on. The individual will also work with internal users and client SSO teams/federation engineers.We are lookingfor another member of an already great team. Required Skills: Identity Provider Admin Skills: Support End Users with authentication or SSO issues through ticket queue management Create or modify SSO connections to SaaS Providers using Okta Create or modify B2B SSO connections from external clients internal service offerings using Okta Update x.509 certificates for new or existing SSO connections Troubleshoot any faulty IdP or SP SSO connections Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML 2.0), WSFED, OpenID Connect/OAuth as it relates to enabling applications for authentication and SSO Experience documenting repeatable application development as a part of waterfall SDLC Additional Skills: Nice to have: Experience with OpenID Connect/Oauth2.0 as it relates to Java, .Net Windows development and Java integration patterns a huge plus Reasonable understanding of network security, encryption, authentication and authorization Product Experience: Okta Identity Management Active Directory & LDAP Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) HARD SKILLS: Should have experience developing and maintaining applications as it relates to authentication and SSO Should have experience managing user tickets and dealing with user support issues Should have good exposure to one of Okta, Ping Federate, ADFS v4, or Azure as an IdP Should have good exposure to SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OpenID Connect Should have some exposure to Windows Azure and Office 365 Should have good knowledge of Identity Federation, federated SSO, and B2B connectionsthrough IdPs Should be able to Interface with customer IdP Architects, Administrators, Developers and Engineers Should be able to recognize the dependencies and impacts across the Program/projects Soft skills Good written and oral communication skills Good documentation and presentation skills Thanks and Regards.
