Position: Data Governance Lead Location: Newton, MA (Hybrid 3 days a week) Long term Contract Job Description: Solid Understanding of enterprise data management ecosystem such as Master data management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Meta Data Management for an organization with knowledge on functional architecture to orchestrate various techno-functional groups 10+ years of experience preferably in Informatica MDM on Cloud with development skills in ETL with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)/ Intelligent Data Quality (IDQ) Proficient in MDM development around administration, configuration, defining MDM data models, configuring match / merge, workflows, exception handling, and integration Strong technical expertise in Hierarchy Management, Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Informatica Web UI, Match & Merge, and real-time Inbound/Outbound Integration Experience in major cloud services environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for IaaS and PaaS implementations of Informatica MDM Experience with Informatica Customer360 (C360), Service Integration Framework (SIF) and Business Entity Services, and Product Master Experience in building Master Data Management APIs according to approved design patterns for near real-time and real-time integration. Experience in Java programming is a plus Experience in all aspects of Master and Reference Data Management including data modeling, data integration, data quality, and data stewardship Provides leadership and mentorship with MDM/DQ leading practices, governance, standards, and conventions Maintain integrity, metadata, and data lineage for MDM data intake processes including onboarding new sources via data profiling to identify data quality checks Engage data owners and stewards, business users, and the data management team to ensure Data Governance and Quality processes are implemented and managed Experience in multifaceted landscape of data domains and systems such as ERP, CRM and Data Lake technologies Experience including: Catalog, profiling, lineage, glossary, dashboards & DQ Solid knowledge on REST API integration along with JSON and XML Preform data standardization of addresses using Address Doctor (IDQ Webservice) Minimum 5 years of experience with data warehouse development on a major RDBMS (Oracle, Netezza, DB2, SQL server) Knowledge in cloud databases like Snowflake, Azure Synapse or AWS Redshift Providing technical leadership in evaluating, prototyping, and evolving the MDM framework in relation to enterprise analytics. These technologies may include structured and semi-structured data stored on-perm and within the cloud. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
