It is going to close today, Need submission within 40 mins Tittle: scrum master Location: Phoenix, AZ, hybrid, possibly can be converted onsite if needed Visa: No h1b Duration: 6+months Moi: skype Job Description Responsibilities required in the candidate: Initiates and facilitates project kick-off and inception activities Drives coordinated teams, driving technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, DevOps and QA Partners with Product Management team(s) to develop viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities within a portfolio to ensure that the full potential of a product can be realized Coordinates execution of development projects from initiation through release, using SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum concepts. Works with business units to prioritize, plan, and complete the development schedule for major product releases Understands Continuous integration and deployment and Exhibits ability to run projects in the Scrum and Kanban methodologies Manages and supervises team velocity, financials, and other critical metrics in relation to the plan and published progress reports Handles and appropriately raises delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives May develop and deliver formal presentations and training programs to end users, project teams, management teams and executive management Mentors, guides, and supports Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and other team members as appropriate Requirements: 4 year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field 5+ years acting as a ScrumMaster/Technical Project Manager in software development environment working with multiple SAFe Agile teams 2+ years of experience managing and delivering Observability product using Open Source framework, Monitoring products, Tools and technologies Experience managing project budgets and reporting PMP Certification is preferred SAFe/ Scrum Master Certification is preferred Deep familiarity and understanding of Agile practices, SCRUM, Test Driven Development, SAFe, XP, & Kanban Regards, Payal Shrivastava IT Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC : 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035 Email: [email protected] Keywords: quality analyst information technology Arizona Texas |
